About Us
V.B.’s Construction and Development LLC is owned by V. Belafonte Friar. Mr. Friar has over twenty years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry and also several years’ experience as a mortgage broker. His successful mainstay business has been as a contractor for large-scale remodeling, including expensive Victorian and historic properties, largely in the Houston area, and more recently in Galveston, Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Marshall. They are also experienced in commercial remodeling, building additions, and new home construction.
For VBC&D, honesty is the only policy, and we strive to complete all projects with integrity, not just with our clients, but also our suppliers and contractors. We love what we do and commit ourselves to complete all projects within the timeline set with our clients. We use the best of technology and tools to ensure that all jobs are done efficiently while paying attention to details and ensuring everything is done correctly.
